Florida does a great job providing parks and access to the beaches up and down the coast. We also found Annette's second light house at Jupiter.. there was a tour we could have taken and climbed the light house but we needed to meet Cookie and were running a little late as we gawked along. The Banyan trees still amaze me though have seen them all over Fl they are still interesting to look at in the way they are used.
We got to the restaurant where Cookie likes to go and spent at least two hours catching up. She is such a nice girl. We were on the water of course and was a beautiful day.
After we left Cookie we went on to Ft. Pierce, but is was notable that after we left Jupiter Beach the size and quantity of ocean front homes dropped considerably... in fact there were many open areas and small "normal" sized homes.
Once we got our room we went down to the dock to look for manatees but were not successful..was chilly and they may have been avoiding the cold...did enjoy the walk, though and plan to stay one more day in the area.
